    At PCA we utilize technology in the classroom and feel that every family should have the opportunity to utilize technology at home. With that said, we're partnering with Comcast to bring affordable internet and the ability to purchase a PC at a discounted price to those who qualify. If your scholar qualifies for free or reduced lunch you may also qualify for the Internet Essentials package from Comcast.   • PCA - SCORE Finalist

    Power Center Academy is one of twelve schools selected as finalists for the SCORE Award.  SCORE is the State Collaborative on Reforming Education (SCORE). The SCORE Award will be awarded to one elementary, middle, and high school, along with one school district in Tennessee that has most dramatically improved student achievement in spite of the challenges they face.

  • Let's Move Memphis 5K

    The Power Center Academy (PCA), a local Memphis City Charter School, is proud to present the first annual Let’s Move Memphis 5K run/walk fundraiser.

    Let’s Move Memphis is a new movement to inspire healthy living and active lifestyles in the Memphis city area. Despite the statistics of growing obesity among our youth and overall declining health among many citizens in the Memphis area, we believe we can turn this trend around by taking action.

  • SunTrust Youth Bank

    In 2008, Power Center Academy opened Memphis’s first SunTrust Youth Bank. The bank, which is student-operated, emphasizes the school’s commitment to teaching entrepreneurship and financial responsibility.
